This year has seen several major new clients join the Wordbird list, not least two health and social care organisations for whom I've edited some huge guidance documents this autumn. I also had tremendous fun earlier in the year delving into the annals of Sir John Soane's Museum to produce an edited annual report, and developing a new-style annual review for the Booksellers' Association. The BA have now come back for more and asked me to write their 2010 review for them .
Meanwhile, I've been developing a new string to my bow by teaching community classes in art and architectural history, and have joined the University of Wales, Newport as a visiting lecturer. It has been both challenging and engaging to revisit my academic studies and sift through the mass of information to present it to an enthusiastic and equally challenging audience!
I hope in 2011 to be able to put this rediscovered art historical knowledge into play for some heritage clients, while continuing to build my portfolio of clients in the health sector and right across the spectrum of business and charity work. Happy new year to all visitors to Wordbird.biz - I hope 2011 is health and prosperous for you.
