While the sun shines outside, I've recently been working on several powerpoint presentations for clients. These have included one to help promote the work of Transition Black Isle, an area of the Scottish Highlands which is developing new ways to live sustainably and protect against the ravages of climage change. Another powerpoint, with accompanying report, was for regular client the Royal College of Nursing, putting across the complex results of a membership survey in a quick and accessible format. I've been editing some clinical and trade union documents for the RCN too.
The merging of two past annual reports into one more accessible document for a major London museum took up some of the late spring. On this favourite topic of mine - architectural history - I also prepared and delivered a talk introducing the history of architecture using examples of buildings from my local area. I am now beginning to develop a series of classes in Renaissance art and architecture for delivery through the autumn.
